The syllabus is prepared in the context of laws in Singapore governing real estate agency work, focusing on the scale of lease transactions involving residential, industrial, and commercial property in the town.

  1. Real Estate Agency Courses (REA) – This REA is the next step in owning a real estate company. Under the estate agents act 2010, KEO was satisfied with enhanced licensing conditions, including passing the CES real estate agency examination to have an equivalent qualification. The syllabus is prepared in the context of laws in Singapore governing real estate agents. Through the training of this course, the candidates are expected to have a good knowledge of real estate agency business and the industry. They would understand and apply CEA’s Estate Agents Act and Regulations. Code of ethics, professional client care, and code of practice concerning Real Estate Agency business.
  2. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – Real center network (RCN) is an authorized provider of CPD courses in Singapore for keeping real estate salespersons up to date with the required knowledge and skills to stay ahead and succeed in the industry. The CPD recruitment is necessary to ensure that KEOs and salespersons have professional knowledge in estate agency work to keep up the upgrade.

After these sessions, the learner should be able to identify their business gaps, the pitfalls and pillars of success, the critical drivers of economies, and their impact on businesses.
